Armandina Alvarez, 80 of Rio Grande City, passed away on June 21, 2022. Armandina was born on January 26, 1942 to Beatrice (Perez) and Ramon Alvarez. She is preceded in death by her father, her mother, her husband Benito Alvarez, Sr., and her son Bernardo Alvarez. Survivors include her sons Benito Alvarez Jr. (Jessica), Baldemar Alvarez (Susana), Belinda Alvarez (daughter); numerous of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other family members and friends. Services will be on June 26, 2022 at Los Barrera Cemetery in Rosita, Tx. at 10:00 a.m. Elizondo Mortuary and Cremation Services of Mission, Tx. and Rodriguez Funeral Home of Roma, Tx. are in charge of arrangements.
